Officers
take next step in reorganization
with training of new Task Team leaders
A
year after establishing "core values" as a guide for
change, IHSPA officers took the next step Dec. 7 by adding four
new leaders.
Brenda Schindler (Martinsville), Diana Hadley (Mooresville),
Brian Hayes (Lawrence North) and Meredith Bledsoe (Hamilton Southeastern)
will lead the new outreach areas of "inclusion," "advocacy,"
"service," and "support."
Mike Frazier, (Hanover Central), left, explains the significance
of the core values at the retreat in Brown County. Frazier stressed
the need to embrace the four core values as a means for change. |

Media Masters
resource site
targets students, advisers
After nearly two years of
testing and development, the Media
Masters site is ready to begin serving students and advisers
with tips and resources designed by Indiana advisers for Hoosier
classrooms and publications. Check us out by clicking on the
logo or on the text link above. |
Redesigned Web site provides
new features
In an effort
to better meet the needs of its audience, the IHSPA has redesigned
its Web site. The site is organized around key-word categories
located across the top of the nameplate. One major feature is
a bulletin board service located under
the "Resources" link that facilitates discussion among
schools throughout the state. Another link under "Resources"
puts visitors in touch with all IHSPA forms saved in PDF format
for easy downloading. Also, important news and dates are offered
immediately to better serve the viewer. We hope you enjoy the
new site and get accustomed to using it often. |
